They’re like breakfast in cookie form! Oatmeal and dried fruit, you might even call these healthy.
Greg’s Oatmeal Craisin Cookies
Greg's version of a garbage cookie – a little bit of everything, and with some oatmeal and fruit, you could call these healthy!
Ingredients
- 1½ cup Brown Sugar packed
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 2 cup Oats
- 1½ cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1½ cup Craisins Or other dried fruit of your choice
Instructions
- Cream brown sugar and butter.
- Mix in egg & vanilla extract.
- Mix in dry ingredients. WARNING: Will be very thick
- Form cookies, about 1 tablespoon in size
- Bake at 350° for 13-17 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
