Cheesy Cornbread
A savory cornbread that is the hit at every get together.
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs slightly beaten
- 8½ ounce Corn Muffin Mix Full package
- 8 ounce Cream Style Corn
- 8 ounce Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese For top
Instructions
- Combine ingredients (except cheese) and spread in 8×8 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Cover with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
