Ingredients
2cupBroth/StockYour choice - chicken, beef, turkey, or vegetable. We use chicken.
2-4Bouillon CubesYour choice - chicken or beef. We use chicken. Use more for a stronger flavor.
4tbspUnsalted Butter
¼cupFlour
Seasonings To Taste
Rosemary
Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
Sage
Garlic Powder
Thyme
Instructions
Add the bouillon cubes to the broth/stock and heat.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and half of the seasonings and cook for 1 minute, creating a roux.
Slowly whisk in the broth to the roux, then heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until gravy has thickened to liking.
Add remaining seasonings to taste, whisking in. Serve immediately.
